Sweet Melissa

Melissa got married this past summer in Vegas.  The girl obviously knows how to party! And look how beautiful she is!  I was thrilled to do some alternative wedding portraits with her recently.  I did a sneak peak last week because she had been waiting so patiently to see these.  I can't decide which I like best so here are a whole bunch to look at.  Let me know your favorites so I can figure out what to put on my web site!  Leave a comment in the comment box.

Princess Bride

I have been dying to post this teaser sneak peak for Melissa but this is such a crazy time of year for me. Poor Melissa has been so patient waiting for these so, fabulous model, here is a peak at our bridal portrait we did.  More to come real soon!  Cross my heart!

Matt + Shana = Fun

I had a blast being part of Matt and Shana's wedding reception last weekend. This gorgeous couple had a small ceremony in Hawaii two weeks ago, then had this reception in Matt's parents backyard.  You've got to love a party that has flip-flops and a keg!  This group had a great time celebrating their love for this couple. Everyone was beaming the whole time, especially the bride and groom! Shana's smile and laughter was so infectious!  You are drawn to these two, thinking "I want to be in on whatever they're doing!".  We had a beautiful evening with Matt's mom doing lovely floral decorations and great food by Scott Lamb Catering (310-621-6506).  The DJ, Kenny Gibbs of Total Quality Music (619-957-1085), rocked it all night.  Special guests were the three little dogs, I think all belonging to the newlyweds! And.... I am soooooooo excited about doing their 'after the wedding' photos.  We are going to do some awesome shots, so stay tuned!

Laura and Phil

Here is a quick peek of some of the fun photos of Laura and Phil's wedding I did at The Hacienda in Santa Ana. They were all set for a romantic outdoor evening wedding and the rain was so terrible we didn't think it was going to happen. Well, Mother Nature was on their side! It stopped raining and ended up being a beautiful night! These two were so cute. They were so nervous but it seemed that it was because they just couldn't wait to get married. So sweet! I love that they jumped the broom! What a great tradition! This is such a great location to get married in if anyone is still looking for a place. Tanya was the event coordinator and she was fabulous, oh and the flowers! Check out the ring bearers cart! Congrats guys!

It's been so much fun editing the gazillion photos (yes, a gazillion!) of this awesome couple because the wedding was so wonderful and fun! The couple was gorgeous, the location perfect and their friends and family were a hoot. Here are just a few of my favs!
